The Goal

To enable private teachers to successfully transition from offline-only teaching to a full online e-learning business. The platform needed to autonomously handle course delivery, massive student rosters, dynamic exams, Fawry payments, and deep analytics.

Architecture Deep-Dive

Student Web App

Built with Next.js 14 App Router, Server Actions, and React Query. The frontend features SSR optimization for SEO, background data synchronization, and a highly responsive UI optimized for watching videos, taking exams, and viewing PDF resources.

Teacher Admin Dashboard

A lightning-fast React & Vite Single Page Application. It provides comprehensive data views, an advanced bank exam generation system, financial tracking with Fawry integration, and interactive sales analytics that auto-update in real time.

NestJS REST API

A monolithic architecture with 40+ feature modules. Secured via JWT and strict RBAC, it utilizes a MongoDB replica set for data, Redis for high-speed caching, and a BullMQ queue system for asynchronous background tasks like email notifications.

DevOps & Infrastructure

Fully Dockerized production deployment on DigitalOcean. Featuring Nginx as a reverse proxy, Cloudflare DNS protection, structured backup strategies, and a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline ensuring push-to-deploy with zero downtime.
